Three facts about me

  1. I am in the process of planning my new WIP, which is set in Edinburgh and is a dark academia type mystery.
  2. I absolutely love to bake, and my signature dish is brownies.
  3. My favourite place in England has to be Edinburgh or Devon.

My favourite post

My favourite post is actually a series I do, which is called What is Ancient History and basically I do a post every now and then all about Ancient History which is what I am studying at university. I am going to ry and do them more regualury though as they area a tad random at the moment.

Here is my latest of these !

Rosie’s Questions

What is a genre that you’ve tried to read but just can’t get into?

I don’t know as most genres that I have tried I really like (admittedly that is not many) but I do know that I could never read a horror book. I am way too much of a scardey cat to try that out. I can just about handle the tension in thrillers and murder mysteries.

Where is your favourite place to read?

My bed! I love being able to find the most comfortable position and also being able to snuggle in my duvet lol.

My second favourite place would be at my desk though.

Do you have any pets?

Sadly no. I really want some though!

Would you rather speak every human language or be able to speak to animals?

Ok, Rosie this is a tough one because I would love to be able to do both! But I think that I would have to choose every human language for more practical reasons. Plus, I think it might be able to help me with my career path and chosen field as I could travel everywhere and be able to read all of the ancient inscriptions that I would be studying.

If you didn’t blog about books, what you blog about instead?

I genuinely have no idea. I did try and blog a couple of times before staring this one and nothing stuck so I guess I wouldn’t have a blog!

My Questions

  1. What book do you think will be your next five star read? Why?
  2. What is the book that has been on your TBR the longest?
  3. What is a hyped book you didn’t enjoy?
  4. If you could have any superpower what would it be and why?
  5. Finally, if you could instantly have any new releases coming this year which would you pick?
